A Time To Chill

During the pandemic, Big 4s pushed yoga classes on their staff to make up for the total destruction of boundaries and complete annihilation of personal time. Ironically enough, many of us didn't have time to attend.

In a previous article, we had stressed the need of keeping updated on world and business news for your career advancement (click here to read). One thing months of lockdown have taught us (more like hit us like an avalanche) is the vital importance of maintaining good health, both mental and physical.

Although we may at times feel overwhelmed by the number of pending tasks, we must keep in mind that staying safe means staying healthy. Just 30 minutes of exercise per day can have immense benefits, and allow you to blow off steam and reboot. So carve out that "me time" during your workday by blocking your calendar or changing your status to "busy". Remember: you are not a surgeon, and nobody will get hurt if you step away from your desk.

Special thanks to Juliana Semenova and Mark Spicoluk of Boho Beautiful for helping us get through 2020, and reach new levels of flexibility and relaxation.
